Portable Gauge Repair

NWTS knows that your gauges are a significant source of revenue and service to your clients. When your gauge breaks down, we will work to return it to you in the shortest time possible. Let us know your requirements and we will do what it takes to meet them.

Three Block Precision Calibration

Portable nuclear moisture/density gauges are calibrated on standard density blocks manufactured by CPN International. These standards are traceable to the State of California standards in that they have been referenced to the NIST. The calibration procedure is in compliance with and exceeds ASTM test method D2922 and D3017. The calibration results are recognized as a factory calibration using CPN International software with soil and moisture equivalent densities.

It is recommended that gauges be calibrated and serviced annually.

Optional pick up and delivery

For your convenience, NWTS offers pick-up and delivery of your portable gauges. If your gauge needs immediate attention, feel free to bring it directly to the Service Center in South Seattle and we will get to work on it right away. Call before coming in to confirm we are available to meet you.

Trained and Certified

NWTS personnel have been trained and certified by Hevly Technical Services in all aspects of portable nuclear gauge calibration and repair.
