Directions:
From the North:
From Southbound I-5 take the Corson Ave. exit (Exit 162) toward Michigan St.
Go straight on Corson to E. Marginal Way South. Turn left on E. Marginal Way
South and proceed to 16th Ave. South. Turn right on 16th Ave South. 16th
Ave. South becomes 14th Ave. South. 14th Ave. South becomes Des Moines
Memorial Drive. Turn right on S. 96th Street. Proceed to the top of the hill
and turn right into the South 96th Business Park. We are on the north side
of Building 430 - #10.
From the South:
From Northbound I-5 merge onto WA-599 N via Exit 156 toward Tukwila / W.
Marginal Way. Stay on WA-599. WA-599 N becomes WA-99 N. Take the Des Moines
Dr. / 14th Ave. SO. exit. Take the Des Moines Dr. ramp. Turn slight right
onto Des Moines Memorial Dr. Turn right onto S. 96th St. Proceed to the top
of the hill and turn right into the South 96th Business Park. We are on the
north side of Building 430 - #10.
From the East:
From Westbound I-90 merge onto Southbound I-5. Take the Corson Ave. exit
(Exit 162) toward Michigan St. Go straight on Corson to E. Marginal Way
South. Turn left on E. Marginal Way South and proceed to 16th Avenue South.
Turn right on 16th Ave South. 16th Ave. South becomes 14th Ave. South.
14th Ave South becomes Des Moines Memorial Drive. From Des Moines Memorial
Drive turn right on South 96th Street. Proceed to the top of the hill and
turn right into the South 96th Business Park. We are on the north side of
